Case study
How Cavaliere cut time-to-market on every new collection
Cavaliere dresses men and women for the moments that matter. But every new collection meant the same manual routine: spreadsheets of product data, images scattered across drives, and descriptions rewritten market by market. With Enad, product content is created once in a single catalog that serves both D2C and B2B, no matter where it is shown.

Objective
Launch collections without the spreadsheet marathon
Every drop started the same way. Product data was delivered from the product developers in spreadsheets, images landed in a shared drive, and the ecommerce team stitched the two together by hand before anything could go live.
The bottleneck was not creativity, it was coordination. Merchandisers waited on copy, copywriters waited on images, and every additional market multiplied the work. Cavaliere wanted a single place where a product is complete before it is published, and one catalog that could serve both D2C and B2B without being rebuilt for each.
Solution
One catalog, enriched once and published everywhere
Enad PIM became the single source of truth for the full assortment. Attributes, variants, categories, and campaign metadata live in one model, with completeness scores showing exactly what is missing before a product is ready to publish.
Assets moved into Enad DAM alongside the product data, so the right imagery is attached to the right article from the start. In PIM, AI jobs handle the repetitive layer: generating first-draft descriptions, filling attributes, and translating approved copy in bulk. The AI runs on a profile tuned to Cavaliere's tone of voice, so an entire season can be translated into every market language and still sound like Cavaliere.
One catalog serves both sides of the business. Enad CDM defines the segments, so each audience sees the pricing and assortment that belong to them: D2C shoppers, agents placing orders for their accounts, and B2B customers who log in and order for themselves. Enad IDP handles that login, showing business accounts their own B2B pricing while keeping favourites and order history with each D2C customer. The product data stays the same regardless of where it is shown, so there are no parallel catalogs drifting apart.
“Our product data lives in its own system, outside the commerce platform, with automated flows. A small team gets a lot done, and we are never locked in.”
Results
More time on the product, less on the paperwork
Enrichment that used to take days now takes hours, and the team reviews and approves rather than types. Translations that were previously outsourced per collection are now generated in bulk in Cavaliere's own voice and signed off by the market owners.
The bigger win is compounding: because every product is complete and structured, new channels and new markets start from a catalog that is already publish-ready. Cavaliere adds a market without adding headcount.
