AI translations

Product data and content adapted to every market and tone of voice.

Native AI

Built in, not bolted on

Enad's AI is part of the platform. It uses product data and digital assets at the same time, so every translation, enrichment and automation gets the full picture.

AI included · or bring your own key

AI is included in Enad. Your own key works too.

AI is included in Enad and works out of the box, with no separate agreements or keys. If you'd rather use an AI provider you already have, you can connect your own API key. The calls then run on your usage.

Included from day one

Translations, enrichment and images work straight away with Enad's built-in AI.

Your agreements, your data

Calls go through your account, under the terms you have with the provider.

Switch without rebuilding

Change provider or model in the settings. Flows and prompts stay as they are.

How it works

Choose languages and markets

Translate products, categories and attributes into the languages you sell in.

02

Follow your tone of voice and brand guidelines

The AI uses your guidelines, glossaries and local terms for each market.

03

Review and publish

See the result per language and publish once it's approved.

Questions and answers

What does it mean that the AI is built in?

The AI is part of the platform, not a service next to it. It reads the product data and the digital assets at the same time, so a translation can take the attributes, category and images of the same product into account. A bolted-on tool only sees the text you paste into it.

Does the AI take the product images into account?

Yes. Enad analyses the product's images, such as colour, material, shape and details, and uses that when new content is produced. Product copy and enriched data therefore match what the product actually looks like, and the alt texts describe what is visible in each image.

How does the AI know how we want to sound?

You set the tone of voice, brand guidelines and glossaries per market and channel. The AI starts from them every time, so product copy for the webshop can be informative while the same product gets a shorter, more direct text in a feed.

Are the translations published automatically?

No. The result is added to the product per language and channel, and a person approves it before it's published. You decide yourselves whether certain flows should go straight out once you trust them.

What happens when we change the original text?

The translations are linked to the source text, so you can see which languages need updating when the original changes. You can rerun the affected languages instead of the whole catalog.

Which AI model is used?

Everything works straight away with Enad's built-in AI. If you'd rather use your own provider, you connect your own key, and the calls go through your account and your terms. Provider and model are changed in the settings without rebuilding flows or prompts.

What else can the AI do besides translations?

The same engine writes product copy and SEO, categorises and enriches product data, writes alt texts and generates product and campaign images in AI Studio.
