Integrations are managed under System → Integrations in Enad Admin.
Create integration
Pick the integration type. Each type shows the connection details and settings it needs.
Save the settings
Fill in the connection details and save. Secrets are not sent again when you edit the integration.
Validate the connection
Status shows the connection checks, and you can run them again whenever you like.
Sync data
Send all or selected data from Enad again, for example when a new destination is connected.
Which integrations does Enad have?
Enad has 16 ready-made integrations. Commerce: Shopify, Brink Commerce, Centra, Sitoo and Hantera. CRM and marketing: Klaviyo, Voyado, Nosto, Google Retailer and Gamifiera. Content: Storyblok. AI: Enad's own AI, OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini. Webhooks cover custom connections.
How do we connect an integration?
Under System → Integrations in Enad Admin, choose Create integration and the integration type. Each type shows the details it needs, such as store, key and store group. The integration is created when you save, and it must stay active for Enad to use it.
How do we know the connection works?
Status → Integration validation shows the connection checks for the integration. You can run them again whenever you like, for example after changing a key.
What happens to API keys and other secrets?
Enad does not send unchanged secrets again when you edit an integration. Some fields show a masked value, and a new value replaces the saved one.
Can we resend data to a system?
Yes. The Sync tab sends all or selected data from Enad again, for example when a new destination is connected or its settings change. Which data types can be synced depends on the integration.
Our system isn't on the list. What do we do?
Enad also builds integrations on demand, so tell us which system you use. You can also use the Webhooks integration to send events from Enad to your own system, or build a connection on Enad's API: the Management API to write data and GraphQL to read it. The documentation is at docs.enad.io.
How do webhooks work?
You set a public HTTPS address, which events to send and, if needed, an authentication header. Events cover products, variants, stock, prices, categories, markets and more. The receiver needs to answer within 15 seconds or the delivery is retried, and events can arrive in a different order than they happened.
Can we use our own AI provider?
Yes. Enad's own AI works without a key, and you can also connect OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini with your own API key. Several AI integrations can be active at once, and you choose which one to use in the AI features that support it.
What is synced to Storyblok?
Products, collections, categories, brands and series, placed in folders in your Storyblok space. You choose which changes update Storyblok and whether, for example, translated slugs are included.
