How it works
- 01
Choose a template
The template sets the right fields and format for the channel. Everything can be changed afterwards.
- 02
Market and language
The market sets price, stock and assortment. The language decides which translations are used.
- 03
Filter products
Include categories and brands, and exclude what shouldn't go to the channel.
- 04
Field mapping and sync
The default mapping is filled in. The feed syncs automatically once it's live.
The right data, images and format for every recipient
Each feed has its own mapping. The template fills in the default fields, and smart rules shape the data before it leaves Enad.

Smart rules per field
If/else, map values, contains and take first. Stock status becomes in_stock or out_of_stock, for example, as the channel requires.
Images are controlled from Enad DAM
Tag images in DAM that mustn't go to a certain feed, such as campaign images with limited rights. The feed skips them and takes the next approved image.

Enad CDN delivers the image in the format and size each feed needs. The original stays in DAM, and the variant is created when the channel fetches it.

The same product, adapted for each channel
Every channel has its own requirements for fields, length and images. In Enad you set them up once, and the products follow.
Google Shopping
Products, prices and stock status to Google Merchant Center.
Meta
Product catalog for ads and shopping on Facebook and Instagram.
TikTok
Product catalog for ads on TikTok.
ChatGPT
A feed that follows OpenAI's specification, so ChatGPT can find and show your products.
Custom feed
Create your own fields and choose the format for channels without a ready-made template.
Your products in ChatGPT
OpenAI accepts product feeds from merchants, so ChatGPT can show products with current price and stock status when someone asks for them.
Title, description, brand, image, price and stock status in the fields OpenAI requires, with variants grouped per product.
Feed health shows which fields are missing, and AI can fill them in from product copy and images. You review before anything is published.
Price and stock status come from Enad, so ChatGPT shows the same details as your webshop.

What is a product feed?
A file or stream of your products in the format a channel requires, such as Google Merchant Center or Meta. The channel uses it for ads, product listings and search.
Which channels are there templates for?
Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo and ChatGPT. The template sets the right fields and format for the channel, and everything can be changed afterwards. If there's no template for the channel, you build a custom feed.
Which file formats are supported?
XML and CSV. The template suggests the format the channel recommends.
Can we create our own fields in a feed?
Yes. A custom feed isn't tied to any channel's template. You decide which fields to include, what they're called and which value in Enad each one takes, and choose XML or CSV.
How often is the feed updated?
The feed syncs automatically at regular intervals, for example every six hours. You can also sync manually.
What happens to products with missing data?
They show up in the preview with the reason, such as out of stock or no image. Feed health shows what's missing, and AI can fill in values from product copy and images. You review before publishing.
Can we have different feeds per market?
Yes. The market sets price, stock and assortment, and the language decides which translations are used.
How do our products get into ChatGPT?
Enad creates a feed that follows OpenAI's specification. OpenAI currently accepts feeds from approved merchants, so you apply with OpenAI and the feed is activated once you're approved.
Do we need a separate tool for feeds?
No. Feeds are created from the same product data, images and translations you already manage in Enad, so you don't have to maintain a copy of the catalog anywhere else.
